Effective mass communication

KISS can quickly inform a large number of recipients using communication scenarios prepared in advance. It contacts clearly defined groups of recipients by voice call, text message, e-mail or a notification in the mobile app. The wording of the message can differ for each target group, and communication can be set up in several languages. Where needed, KISS collects the recipients' replies and acts on them.

Reliable automation under stress

In stressful situations it follows the scenario to the letter, eliminating the gaps in notification caused by human error. Under normal circumstances it protects people and property, but above all it saves time and money.

Large-scale, monitored communication

KISS can contact an unlimited number of recipients in a single activation. As soon as the message has been sent, you can see who has received it, who has listened to it and who has not yet done so. Every scenario also includes a record for later evaluation (time of activation, people contacted and their responses).

KISS stores instructions (rules) on whom the system should contact in particular situations and how — these are known as scenarios. You can prepare an unlimited number of them.

KISS can communicate in several languages. The text of the message can be edited before activation and details added to it.

Active feedback

The system can ask recipients for feedback. It displays the feedback immediately and can also act on it (message escalation).

How KISS delivers messages

Our system is ready for a range of situations and ways of informing people. In crises and other non-standard situations, what matters most is time and how fast the message is delivered. That is why KISS offers eight ways of getting important information across in the shortest possible time.

Voice call – the number one priority; in a crisis you cannot rely on messages sent by SMS or e-mail. Our robot can also collect the recipient's replies during the call.

SMS – an important channel that can be used on its own for messages that do not need an immediate reply. It can also collect replies from recipients.

E-mail – a channel suited to messages that do not require an immediate response.

Message on computers – KISS displays an important message on employees' computers.

Mobile app – with our app, you can receive messages directly in it.

WhatsApp – would you rather not have the app? KISS can also send you messages on WhatsApp.

Audible announcements – the information that something is happening can be sent to loudspeakers and similar devices.

Hardware devices – notification can also be linked to equipment (warning beacons, roller shutters, barriers, electronic doors and so on).

Communication scenarios can be prepared in the system for all kinds of situations – for example security incidents, operational events, natural disasters or routine notification of people.
